SHIPPING & EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING – IS NORMALLY 4-6 DAYS FOR ITEMS IN STOCK, MADE TO ORDER WILL BE ADVISED VIA EMAIL.
EXCHANGES – PLEASE EMAIL US TO CHECK IF ITEM REQUIRED IS IN STOCK BEFORE REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO OFFER AN EXCHANGE DEPENDING ON STOCK ITEMS.
REFUNDS – IF IN ANY CASE THE ITEM ARRIVES FAULTY/DAMAGED WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS AT YOUR OWN COST AND WILL ASSESS THE DAMAGE AND OFFER A REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION. THE ITEM/S ARE PACKAGED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS (EMAIL US FOR ADDRESS) AS RECEIVED.
As we will still consider items for return in the rare cases, they are found to be defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept returns in certain situations, including:
- Products that have been worn or washed.
- Products without original tags or garment bag.
- Products lost or damaged by misuse or improper care (including pet damage).
- Soiled or contaminated products.

Once we receive and process the returned products, we will refund the amount of the
returned items within 30 business days.

- Refunds may not include any shipping costs from the original order.
- Refund payment processing times are dictated by the issuing bank and may take 10 business days to process.
